Mike has a long history of involvement with both theatrical and literary arts. His combination of skills and experience gives him a truly unique perspective on what it means to imagine, create, and tell a story on paper and on the stage. Mike has a deep love of Shakespeare, a life-long obsession with movies, and a knack for weaving a plot twist into any tale. Whether you're reading Mike's words on the page, enjoying his performance live, or sitting in on a class lecture, you're in for a treat.

Mike has been teaching high school students since 2003 for Massachusetts Public Schools. He was a semi-finalist for DESE's 2025 Massachusetts Teacher of the Year competition.

For over twenty-five years, Mike has acted and directed for the stage in and around Boston as well as a ten minute piece for the Samuel French New Works Festival in NYC. Mike has directed high school productions, college productions, and both short play festivals and main stage productions for a variety of community theaters including Hovey Players, Theatre@First, Vokes Players, and The World's a Stage Players.
